Specialty & Advanced Diagnostic Testing
At Innergy Integrative Medicine, we combine conventional labs with specialty testing to identify root causes and tailor your care. We only recommend tests that are relevant to your history, symptoms, and goals—so you get actionable results without unnecessary over-testing.
What we offer
Core Bloodwork & Nutrient Status
CBC, CMP, iron studies (iron, ferritin, transferrin), kidney & liver function (creatinine/eGFR, AST/ALT, GGT)
Metabolic markers: fasting glucose/insulin, HbA1c, lipid panel (with ApoB, Lp(a) when indicated), homocysteine, hs-CRP
Vitamins & minerals: vitamin D, B12/folate, B-vitamins, magnesium, zinc, selenium, CoQ10, omega-3 index
Thyroid & Hormones
Thyroid panel: TSH, free T3/T4, antibodies as needed
Sex hormones: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, SHBG, prolactin (timed to cycle when appropriate)
Adrenal/cortisol patterns: salivary or urine panels (interpreted alongside symptoms and other labs)
Urine or saliva hormone metabolite profiles when deeper insight is needed
Digestive & Microbiome
Comprehensive stool testing: digestion/absorption, microbiome balance, inflammation (e.g., calprotectin), pathogens
SIBO breath testing (hydrogen/methane)
H. pylori (stool antigen or breath testing)
Celiac evaluation: celiac serologies ± genetic risk when appropriate
Immune, Allergy & Food Reactions
Environmental/respiratory allergies: serum-specific IgE to pollen, dust mite, molds, dander
Food allergies (IgE) & celiac disease testing
Food reactions/sensitivities: guided elimination or selected panels with context on limitations and clinical correlation
Autoimmune workups: ANA and condition-specific antibodies when indicated
Environmental & Toxicology
Heavy metals (blood and/or provoked urine when clinically appropriate)
Selected environmental exposure panels (e.g., solvents/POPs) with careful interpretation and follow-up planning
Oxidative Stress & Mitochondrial Support (when indicated)
Oxidative stress markers and organic acids to explore energy metabolism and nutrient cofactor needs
Genetics & Pharmacogenomics
Targeted genetic variant panels and medication-response testing (pharmacogenomics) to help personalize nutrition and, when appropriate, medication choices. Genetics inform risk—they are not diagnoses.
Oncology-Related (coordinated with your oncology team)
Tumor markers and treatment-related labs for monitoring/survivorship in collaboration with your oncologist. These tests are not stand-alone screening tools.
