Women’s Health

Women’s health spans every season of life—from first periods through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. At Innergy Integrative Medicine, we look at the whole picture behind your symptoms—hormones, metabolism, thyroid, gut health, stress, sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle—to create a plan that’s practical and personal.

Common concerns we support

  • Cycle symptoms: painful or irregular periods, heavy bleeding, PMS/PMDD, cramps, migraines

  • Hormone-related skin & hair: hormonal acne, hair shedding/thinning

  • PCOS & metabolic health: irregular cycles, insulin resistance, weight changes

  • Perimenopause & menopause: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, brain fog, mood shifts, vaginal dryness

  • Thyroid & adrenal patterns: fatigue, cold intolerance, anxiety, stress dysregulation

  • Fertility & preconception: cycle mapping, nutrient optimization, collaboration with OB/GYN/REI when needed

  • Pelvic pain & pelvic floor concerns (with referral to pelvic floor PT as appropriate)

Our approach

We don’t treat symptoms in isolation. We integrate your history + exam + labs + lifestyle to find the most relevant levers for change. When appropriate, we coordinate with your OB/GYN or primary care clinician.

How we evaluate

  • Comprehensive intake: timelines, cycles, mood/sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, medications/supplements

  • Targeted testing: thyroid panel, iron studies, vitamin D, metabolic markers, and hormone testing (blood, saliva, or urine) when indicated

  • Cycle tracking: simple tools to understand ovulation, luteal phase, and symptom patterns

Your care plan may include

  • Nutrition & lifestyle: blood-sugar balance, anti-inflammatory patterns, sleep and stress strategies

  • Targeted supplements & botanicals: evidence-informed and tailored to labs/goals

  • Bio-identical hormone therapy (when appropriate): low-dose, monitored, and time-limited

  • Adjunct therapies: acupuncture, IV nutrient support, and referrals (pelvic floor PT, counseling, imaging) as needed

  • Care coordination: collaboration around contraception, Pap/mammography schedules, and specialty referrals.
